Craftin Desert Divas Keeping Cool Linky Party



Hello friends!! The theme for this Linky Party at Craftin Desert Divas is Keeping Cool!! We still have one more week for this themed party and we would love to see your projects!! Whatever you can think of that makes you think "cool" like ice cream, water, cold drinks, etc...

Here is what I made..


I made a shaker card with this cute little hippo holding an ice cream cone from the Cricut Birthday Bash cartridge. The stitched layers are from the new Fancy Frames dies. The patterned paper is from a Doodlebug Designs paper pad called Sugar Shoppe that is also available for purchase in the CDD shop. I made the grass using the Outdoor Landscape Dies. The shaker window I made with a voice bubble from the George cartridge.


I filled it up with a mixture of True Love and Dew Drops Sequins. I love those little
rainbow hearts! The sentiment is from the Garden Cuties stamp set.

    Hehe... this makes my heart so happy! The hippo is precious and so happy with her sparkling ice cream cone! The shaker is gorgeous, as always... I love that you incorporated the hearts into it, especially given the sweet sentiment. :o) The base pattern and solid pink are gorgeous and oh how I love the stitched dies! Lovely work once again, Tina! You have a gift for bringing joy to others through your crafty heart. :o)
